By creating an account or using any Code3Apps product — including our mobile apps and website — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Code3Apps provides digital exam prep content including practice quizzes, flashcards, and study guides. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from our products.

Access to premium content requires purchasing the relevant course through the app store or our website. Purchases are tied to your account and can be restored if you reinstall or switch devices.

All purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore are subject to the respective store's refund policy. For web purchases made through Stripe, contact us at info@code3apps.com within 14 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Prices are set independently in each store and may vary. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. Each purchase is licensed to a single account holder.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app or at api.code3apps.com/users/deactivate. Account deletion is permanent and removes your access to purchased content.

Our study content is designed to help you prepare for exams, not to serve as authoritative reference material. Always defer to your department's SOGs, the current edition of your textbook, and your instructors for operational decisions. Code3Apps makes no warranty that our content will guarantee passage of any exam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code3Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
