Privacy Policy

Code3Apps LLC ("Code3Apps," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Code3Apps mobile applications and the website at code3apps.com. We build exam prep tools for firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and first responders preparing for promotional exams.

We collect the following information when you use our products:

• Account information — email address and password when you create an account.
• Study progress — quiz attempts, scores, flashcard activity, bookmarks, and incorrect question history. This is the core data that makes progress tracking work.
• Purchase information — when you purchase a course, we record the transaction ID from Apple, Google Play, or Amazon, and your subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe (web) or the respective app store.
• Device information — platform (iOS, Android, web) and app version, used to debug issues and track store attribution.

• To provide access to purchased courses and track your study progress.
• To restore purchases if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account notifications). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To improve our products based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

We use the following third parties to operate our products:

• Stripe — payment processing on the web. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play / Amazon Appstore — in-app purchases on mobile. Each store's privacy policy governs their data handling.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our servers and file storage run on AWS infrastructure in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed from our systems within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized study statistics may be retained longer for product improvement purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by visiting api.code3apps.com/users/deactivate. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, study history, and associated data.

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
